2003 Electra Glide® Road Glide FLTRI

It would be easier to list what options, upgrades or accessories are NOT installed on this 100Th Anniversary 2003 FLTRI. This is a fuel injected 2003 Gunmetal Pearl Road Glide. Its exhaust system has been upgraded to a full Vance and Hines two-into-one unit. A high flow air intake lets the motor take advantage of its new exhaust. The front forks have chromed lowers. The front brakes are full floating. All of the control lines are now steel braided. The hand controls and hand levers have all been upgraded to chrome units. Its floor boards, both front and rear, are accessory items. If you like chrome, check out the installed chrome gauge and radio surrounds. With all this extra equipment, the need for a "fob operated" security system becomes more important to help keep this Road Glide in its proper garage. It comes with the bike. The handle bars have been replaced with wider "beach bars" and all of its wiring is now internal. 2006 Electra Glide® Classic FLHTCI

This Red 2006 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Classic has just the proper amount of options to make it a very purposeful touring motorcycle that will also perform the duties of a daily rider as if designed for it (which it was). Screamin' Eagle mufflers replace the stock ones and are enhanced by the inclusion of a High Flow air cleaner. A chromed luggage rack was installed by the previous owner and is a very handy accessory to have. A set of high way pegs were installed on the engine guard and is a a great alternative resting place for your feet. A poor mans cruise control (called a throttle lock) is installed to give your right hand a rest from holding the throttle springs open. 2006 Road King® Custom FLHRSI

There are a lot of upgrades on this 2006 Harley-Davidson Road King Custom that make it an exceptional value. A touring windshield (that was a glaring omission on the stock FLHRS) was installed along with a set of driving lights. The head light, driving lights and the turn signals have recessed rims installed on them. The entire set of hand controls (including the brake fluid reservoir) have been chromed. The wiring for these controls is now hidden in the handle bars for a custom look. Add on a detachable padded passengers backrest and you have a very formidable touring package. My favorite upgrade is the installation of a Vance and Hines two-into-one exhaust system. The stock air cleaner went to "Stock Air Cleaner Land" and a "what we used to call a Force Winder" high flow unit was added. Other options installed by its previous owner include Harley Davidson shifter pegs and highway pegs. This is a well maintained Road King Custom that looks great, runs as good as it looks and has a lot of value added by the excellent array of accessories. 2006 Road King® Custom FLHRSI

Harley-Davidson brought out the Road King "Custom" as a stylized version of the standard Road King. It had many outstanding features including a lowered rear suspension, a sportier saddle and saddle bags that were push button operated and specific to this model. Harley also included beach bars and removed the windshield (not so good). The owner of this very low mileage FLHRSI replaced the questionable beach bars with a VERY cool set of higher touring bars with internal wiring and a set of chromed hand controls. He then added a Road King windshield that this bike should have had to start with. The result: one ultra-neat Road King Custom. The wire wheels you see were a factory upgrade. They look much better than the standard cast wheels. The rider and the passenger both have back rests. The one for the passenger has a luggage rack attached and are both detachable in seconds. Other additions are custom mirrors, an engine guard, highway pegs, and upgraded hand grips. On the go side, a set of Vance and Hines mufflers were installed with a high flow air cleaner (chromed of course) All in all, this is a highly attractive Harley and will not last long. 2006 Street Glide® FLHXI

Most Harley motorcycles are modified in some respect and this featured bike has some great accessories, plus awesome standard features for touring. It has a detachable padded passengers back rest and a chrome luggage rack. A fob operated Security System is installed so that you and your Insurance company can have some peace of mind (but a Pit Bull in your garage does a much better job). Its color is Vivid Black and it shines. Its most distinguishing feature is a set of Harley-Davidson heated hand grips. I have these on most of my bikes and they are great to take off the chill at 40 degrees but can be considered mandatory at 7 degrees. A Street Glide is a great mix of practical and efficient with a lot of style. Check out the unique wheels, the cut down windshield and the fairing mounted rear view mirrors. Because of their lowered rear suspension, Street Glides have a very low center of gravity which make the them a very stable bike to ride around town (with lots of space in their lockable/water proof saddle bags for groceries). 2006 Street Glide® FLHX

2006 was the first year that Harley-Davidson put a little edge in its Electra Glide series and introduced the "Street Glide" It combined the touring prowess of the 'Glide but with a lot more style. Result: Instant success and lots of sales. This 2006 FLHXI benefits from the upgrade to a True Dual exhaust system by Vance and Hines and a high flow air intake. Simple formula, more air in and more air out = a much better sound and more power! Cruise control was an option in 2006 and this Street Glide has it installed. This is a great option for touring. Your wrist will thank you after about 5 hours on the Super Slab. Another option is a L.E.D. taillight that looks to me to be brighter than the one provided by the Motor Company. Another small addition is a set of Nostalgia hand grips. These are much more comfortable than stock and look a heck of a lot better. Those of you looking at the Internet pictures, be advised that we switched the wind screen from the touring unit you see pictured to an accessory Harley Davidson tinted windscreen that is more in keeping with this bikes style. 2007 Electra Glide® Ultra Classic FLHTCU

This 2007 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic comes with a 96 C.I. engine and a 6 speed Cruise drive transmission that was an upgrade for that year. It has a custom set of great sounding mufflers and a high flow air intake. A Security System was installed at the factory and should give you some of peace-of-mind when out on the road. Its previous owner added two helmet locks, he evidently rode two-up or carried a spare helmet. Other goodies include a set of upgraded Harley-Davidson hand grips and a chrome luggage rack installed on the Tour Pak. Also added is a set of chromed gauge and audio system surrounds. High way pegs were installed on the engine guard to give you an optional place to rest your size 13s when touring the great state of Texas. A set of adjustable fairing wind deflectors were added (also known as "Willy Wings"). All-in-all this is one nicely equipped FLHTCU that should satisfy your motorcycle needs. 2008 Electra Glide® CVO Ultra Classic FLHTCUSE3

Today is the day that the 2013 Harley Davidson models were introduced. Guess what? the motor on the new C.V.O. is 110 C.I. That's the same displacement as the FLHTCUSE3 that you are looking at. This featured 2008 Harley Davidson Screamin' Eagle Electra Glide Ultra Classic is a 105th Anniversary model. Only 1,800 were produced. The official plaque on this bike states that is is #334/1800. All of the Anniversary Harleys were painted Chrystal Copper/Black Onyx. There is a list as long as my arm outlining the standard Equipment that this Harley comes with but the previous owner added a two-into-one Supertrapp exhaust system. This lets the 110 C.I.V-twin motor breathe better and allows a little more sound come out of the muffler.
