Softail® Customs have a rich history and a revered place in Harley's product lineup. The Softail® was introduced in 1984 to combine the great looks of the "hardtail" but with the comfort of a ''sprung'' motorcycle. The Softail® Custom was added to the lineup in 1986 as a high end Softail® and was an instant success. It was upgraded each year until 2000 when it was discontinued-much to the dismay of the Harley faithful. Harley finally listened to the cries of their customers and re-introduced it with much fanfare in 2007. This Softail® custom is a low miles unmolested-upgraded version that is as modern as tomorrow but with the looks that traditionalists desire- this one deserves a look-and a test drive!

2009 Softail® Deluxe - FLSTN

Don't let the name "Deluxe" fool you. The "N" in the "FLSTN" designation stands for "NOSTAGLIA". This bike has the look that made the Harley's of the '50s so iconic; but the mecanicals are strictly 21st century. The wide white walls go together with the latest electronic fuel injection. The old school wire wheels are stopped by 2009 disc brakes. The dash board looks like the Eisenhower Era Panheads- but it contains a clock, two trip meters, a 6 speed indicater light and a fuel gauge. The "Softail" rear suspension looks like the beautifuly sculpted "Hardtails" of the past-but the hidden shocks will pamper you and your passenger. This 2009 "Deluxe" has only 2,551 miles on it and looks and drives as new.
